Overview
All products are made with special care at the time of your order, so choose your product and size with care, for we do not refund or exchange for buyer’s remorse. Consult your size and color with care or contact us if you have any questions.
Refunds
We only do refunds of damaged or defected items. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please send your problem report at sales@vintageharmony.com, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your paypal account, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@vintageharmony.com.
